How do I sign-up for GrassHeads recurring deliveries?

Simply make a standard purchase from our Online Shop and enter the Coupon Code, 'grassheads', at checkout. We'll send you a confirmation email to the account listed with your order.

Why is there a $59.99 order minimum required on GrassHeads orders?

We require a $59.99 order minimum per GrassHeads order to approximate our suggested usage guidelines.

How can I qualify for the additional 1% referral discounts (1% Grass Pass discounts)?

3 Ways To Qualify:

• Have your GrassHead referral include your name within the comments section of their first GrassHeads order *
• Have your GrassHead referral email us at grassheads@amazinggrass.com to let us know you referred them to the program *
• Send us an email with the name and email address of who you have referred to the GrassHeads program to grassheads@amazinggrass.com *
• * Must be the named GrassHead account holder on file

Rules

• One Customer = One 1% Grass Pass discount (a GrassHead customer cannot be included on more than one person's Grass Pass discount tally)
• 1% Grass Pass discounts will be determined at the time of the GrassHead member's shipment
• Each 1% discount will be in addition to your existing GrassHead discount of 10%. Example: 4 qualifying referrals = Four 1% Grass Pass discounts, or 4% off (Total Discount: 10% + 4% = 14%)
• Each qualifying referral must be a current member of the GrassHeads program (must have placed an order within the last 90 days)
• Limit of 90 referrals per referrer (or 100% off product! (10% + 90% = 100% FREE))

How much product should I order?

Following suggested usage, you would order one bottle per person, per month. In this example, you would order 3 bottles of Organic Wheat Grass Drink Powder to be shipped each quarter. Specific serving size information is included on each product detail page.

What are the quarterly shipping costs?

Shipping costs can vary depending on the amount of product ordered and the location of shipment. All orders over $99 are eligible for Free Ground Shipping. Shipments happen once a quarter, or once every three months. Standard shipping costs are applied if under $99.

Can I combine a GrassHead product order with a standard order?

At this time, you are unable to combine a GrassHeads order with a standard order. The 'grassheads' coupon code applies to your entire order, therefore, each product ordered with this discount coupon code will automatically be entered for quarterly shipments.

How often will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged every three months for the product you’ve ordered. Your card will be charged at the time of each shipment, not before and not after.

When will subsequent shipments take place?

Your first shipment will ship at the time of placing your first GrassHeads order. Subsequent shipments will take place exactly 90 days after your first shipment date. For example, if you placed your first order on December 10th, your next shipment will take place on March 10th, and every 3 months thereafter.

Can I use more than one coupon code with my GrassHeads order?

No, you can only use one coupon code per order.

How can I add or remove product from my quarterly shipments?

Simply email grassheads@AmazingGrass.com, and let us know what changes in quantity or product you would like to make, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How do I cancel my order or participation in GrassHeads?

Email us at grassheads@AmazingGrass.com, please allow 2 weeks for processing.
